What You'll Do:
* Greet patients with warmth and professionalism — you’ll be the first impression of our clinic
* Manage busy dental and nursing diaries to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
* Deliver an exceptional standard of service and patient care
* Take initiative, prioritise tasks, and support your colleagues with energy and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
* A can-do attitude and a passion for outstanding service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* At least 1 year of customer service and admin experience
* Ambition and drive to grow personally and professionally
* Excellent phone manner and organisational ability
