Technical Business Analyst
Liverpool (Hybrid Working) | Full-time | 35 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a forward-thinking professional services organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business operations and technology—translating complex requirements into practical solutions that improve workflows, drive efficiency, and support strategic growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
* Mapping business processes, user journeys, and solution workflows
* Translating business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
* Supporting end-to-end project delivery including testing, change control, and implementation
* Collaborating with technical teams to ensure scalable and robust solutions
* Supporting transformation initiatives and technology-enabled client services
* Managing multiple projects while maintaining clarity and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst
* Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
* Experience with business process mapping, wireframing, and requirements tracking
* Knowledge of integrated systems and data flows across complex environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and Visio skills
* Basic SQL and data mapping experience
Desirable Experience:
* Legal or professional services sector experience
* Exposure to APIs, Power BI, QA testing, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
* Experience working on data-focused projects
