* Sales Office Administrator
* We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator to join a busy office in Ossett, Wakefield.
This is a varied role in a busy office environment to include some of the following daily duties:
* business to business
* customer services
* Sales order processing and Filing
* Online orders and query management
* Inbound Telephone Order Taking
* Customer Service - Inbound / Outbound Telephone Calls, Sales Quotations, Advising customers on Deliveries.
* Marketing / Brand Awareness - develop existing portfolio..
* Supporting Sales / Customer service staff.
* Building relationships with sales team to generate additional revenue by actively promoting the complete portfolio of products.
* General Administration Tasks.
Sage 50 experience essential
Sales and Customer service experience essential
