Residential Property Solicitor (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well‑established practice on a part‑time basis (3–4 days per week). This role is a rare opportunity in a reputable firm with a strong reputation for quality legal services.
The Role
* Manage a purely residential caseload, handling all aspects of conveyancing from instruction to completion.
* Maintain high standards of service and compliance.
* Build and expand the department, shaping the function as it grows.
The Candidate
* Minimum 3 years PQE as a seasoned Conveyancer.
* Experience running residential files independently.
* Confident, commercially aware, capable of working with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills and a client‑centred approach.
