Full-time role: 37.5 hpw (including 2 evening sessions)
Salary - £24,790 to £27,711 (FTE, pro rata for part-time)
Leave - 25 days pro rata annual holiday plus public holidays
(with further increases based on length of service)

The normal working week will be 37.5 hours (5 days) including at least 2 evening sessions. Friday evenings may need to be worked. Overtime is not normally paid, but time off in lieu may be given as agreed with your line manager. Part-time hours would be considered, minimum 30 hours (4 days).
Alongside team members you will develop new and existing youth work provision in Hampton (Peterborough) supporting young people aged 10-21. This role will have an emphasis on face-to-face community youth work and you will be expected to deliver detached sessions, one-to-one work, young people-led group activities, open access youth clubs, alternative education work in schools and trips/residential experiences.
We have a strong partnership with CSK (Christ the Servant King) where our office is based.
