As EDI Change Portfolio Lead, youll play a pivotal role in driving positive change, supporting innovative projects, and embedding inclusive practices across the university. Central to our work is Salfords EDI Statement of Ambition (SoA) which was launched in July 2023 and will drive a whole institution approach to EDI. This is such a great time to join the team, the SoA has created a focus on delivering change and we have a community of EDI Leads and Advocates across the University who are doing just that! In this space our role is to enable, inform and help to change practice to bring the SoA to life and deliver on our EDI goals.
