Wills, Trusts, Tax & Probate Lawyer – Slater & Gordon Lawyers (UK)
We are recruiting for a skilled Lawyer to join our Wills, Trust, Tax & Probate team in Manchester. We are looking for those with experience in estates administration and lasting powers of attorney, as well as experience in trusts, will drafting, and tax planning. The successful candidate will be managing a mixed caseload, whilst also providing support to the team. Business development will be part of the role.
Responsibilities
* Managing a mixed caseload of wills, trusts, tax, and probate matters.
* Providing expert legal advice to clients on WTTP (Private Client) issues.
* Assisting with durable powers of attorney and estates administration.
* Supporting the team and contributing to business development.
Qualifications
* Experience in estates administration and lasting powers of attorney.
* Experience in trusts, will drafting, and tax planning.
* Background in WTTP (Private Client) is pertinent.
* Strong advisory skills and client management.
