Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic team in the food production industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties
* Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operation and product quality.
* Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines to maintain food safety standards throughout the production process.
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment and products to identify any potential issues or defects.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety regulations.
* Accurately record production data and metrics, employing basic math skills for calculations related to output and inventory.
* Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
Experience
* Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety regulations is essential.
* A solid understanding of mechanical operations and maintenance practices will be advantageous.
* Basic mathematical skills are required for data entry and reporting purposes.
