Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner – Fixed Term 12 month contract
Location: Covering sites based in London / Surrey / Bristol (ideal candidates will be based in West London / West Surrey / Berkshire)
Hybrid role with 3 days visiting your sites and 2 days working from home

Full Time – 40 hours a week – Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join our client, a national automotive dealership group.
The HRBP will oversee 11 sites located in Bristol (3) and London Surrey (8).
The role involves 3 days visiting sites and 2 days from home, with visits to each site every 2 weeks.
Job Purpose:
To drive customer care standards. Responsible for aligning business objectives with colleagues and management at designated dealerships. Duties include promoting the ‘people agenda’, adding value, and implementing positive change aligned with the HR Business plan. Ensuring safety standards and legislative compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
HR Degree or CIPD qualified. Passionate about HR service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong business and HR acumen, with the ability to diagnose and solve problems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment, onboarding, and skills gap analysis
* Providing HR guidance to management
* Monitoring colleague productivity
* Analyzing HR metrics and implementing solutions
* Driving engagement, performance, and cultural development
* Managing colleague wellness initiatives
* Implementing HR strategies supporting the Group Business strategy
Essential Requirements:
* HR Degree or CIPD qualification
* Experience as HRBP, ideally in Automotive or similar fast-paced sectors
* Full driving license for at least 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points
* Right to work in the UK
* Collaborative team player
* Strong communication skills
* Business and HR problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities
