In this Senior Specialist role within Edwards' Employer Branding and Talent Experience team, you will help define how we communicate with both current and future talent around the world, with a particular focus on Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Canada, and Latin America. Your work will span the full spectrum of employer brand and talent experience - from media campaigns and storytelling activations to recruiting events - so your contributions will directly influence how thousands of people experience life at Edwards.
This is a highly collaborative role that sits within a supportive, global Employer Brand and Talent Experience team. You will have the chance to explore innovative ideas, drive meaningful change, and grow your expertise in an environment that values creativity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
This is a remote role based in the UK. There may be occasional travel within the UK for team offsites and to other Edwards' office and manufacturing locations such as those within Europe or the Middle East as required.
How you will make an impact:
1. Leading in the identification and development of multiple and varied global employer brand, talent experience and recruitment marketing activations in partnership with internal stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Communications, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, Brand, Legal) and external vendors as necessary, including both ongoing talent attraction/ experience strategies, opportunities for storytelling, and targeted, real-time paid campaigns.
2. Optimising and leading execution of content creation and broad social media strategy/content calendars and external review responses/escalation (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, and Instagram) for the region, and track relevant metrics/analytics
3. Designing and leading the development of tools and training using a variety of channels – e.g., presentations, info-sessions, email communications – to educate internal audiences on Edwards' EVP and employer brand strategy, framework, and messaging
4. Identifying and leading employer brand marketing efforts for industry conferences
5. Leading participation in internal metrics standardization and external surveys/benchmarking opportunities as appropriate
6. Providing coaching and consultation relating to areas of expertise to leaders and key stakeholders, within Talent Acquisition & Experience and the wider global network of HR and Hiring Managers
7. Collaborating with HR and Business Unit leaders to design and drive effective employer brand and talent experience strategies and initiatives that serve strategic talent needs
What you'll need:
8. Bachelor's Degree
9. Strong related experience in a dedicated Employer Branding role, preferably working in a global environment

14. Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
15. Ability to prioritise, multitask and work with autonomy to meet deadlines and business goals.
16. The ability to gain a solid understanding and knowledge of Edwards structure, products, policies and procedures/guidelines relevant to Talent Acquisition & Experience
17. Substantial knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Experience
18. Strict attention to detail
19. Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams across time zones and act as a key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects
