Overview
: First Military Recruitment is currently seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all legislative requirements are adhered to.
2. Plan and allocate tasks to the technical team, contractors, directly employed engineers, and other third parties as required.
3. Ensure all PPMs are accurate and complete within required SLAs, with records readily available.
4. Monitor all active jobs (fast jobs), ensuring planning and escalations are in place, and the CIFM system is updated accordingly at each stage.
5. Collate and prepare operational and performance data for client reports.
6. Communicate with H&S, Compliance, on-site technical team, and contractors to ensure all RAMs and permits are in place.
7. Raise ad hoc POs for parts/labour on behalf of engineers.
8. Administer activities, ensuring all files, delivery notes, etc., are in order.
9. Prepare and support invoicing processes.
10. Order consumables such as paper, cleaning supplies, water, tea, and coffee, and keep supplies in stock.
11. Liaise with IT, on-site team, and FM team for facilitation of accommodation projects throughout the building.
