Social Housing Plumber - Oxford
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Plumber to carry out maintenance and repairs in occupied and void social housing properties throughout Oxford and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, growing team making a real difference in local communities.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct plumbing repairs and installations in domestic social housing properties.
* Carry out responsive maintenance and planned works.
* Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
* Communicate professionally with tenants and maintain a respectful working environment in their homes.
* Complete job sheets and documentation accurately via handheld devices.
Requirements:
1. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing.
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in domestic plumbing.
