Full-Time | The Queen B Boutique | South Wales
The Queen B Boutique is an award-winning independent womenswear retailer, recognised as Independent Retailer of the Year for five consecutive years. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, commercially-minded Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our brand presence across all channels.
This is a senior role within the business, working closely with the Directors to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, retention and revenue.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan that supports both our occasion wear and casual wear boutiques, ensuring strong brand positioning and measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
* Lead all digital marketing activity (email marketing, social media, website optimisation, E-Commerce strategy, SEO & AI Visibility)
* Oversee content planning including LIVE and in-store events, launches, campaigns and in-store promotions
* Manage and optimise CRM, email flows and automations
* Analyse performance metrics and produce regular reporting with actionable insights
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI
* Oversee brand consistency across all platforms
* Identify new growth opportunities, collaborations and partnerships
Essential Experience
* Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role in fashion
* Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
* Advanced understanding of digital marketing, analytics and paid advertising
* Experience managing email platforms and CRM systems
* Excellent copywriting and campaign planning skills
* Strong leadership, organisation and project management ability
This role requires someone strategic, proactive and confident in taking ownership. Previous experience is essential.
