The Deputy role will include: Overseeing the staff and assist with rota planning Support staff in the community, supervisions and spot checks Help Develop the team and provide support Full induction into the role Continuous career development Paid training and ongoing support as well as ongoing paid development and progression. Opportunities for training for Level 3 and above Diplomas Deputise in the absence of the Manager Assist in the day to day running of the service The role of the Deputy Manager: Working alongside the Manager to make sure the service remains compliant, help with overseeing staff, rota, reviews of the clients, supervisions for the staff, be part of the on call rota, willingness to progress. Skills / Qualifications: Good communication Kind and caring Candidate needs to be a driver, have access to a car and be a UK licence holder. Previous experience not necessary but a willingness to learn and develop is essential. The Deputy Manager will be supporting the Management in the day to day running of the service, overseeing the staff, assisting in the rota planning, supervisions, assisting with compliance and Audits, being part of the on call out of hrs. Previous experience of Domiciliary care would be an advantage. Previous experience as a Deputy Manager role/supervisor NVQ 3 and above Strong leadership and organisational skills required Knowledge of CQC and frame works Participate on the on-call rota
