Recovery Worker
, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to gain the skills they need to live independently. With a focus on key working, you’ll manage your own small caseload while contributing to the day-to-day operations of the service. Your Role and Responsibilities
In this dynamic position, you will: Provide recovery-focused support through key working sessions and group work. Enable individuals to develop new skills and promote long-term recovery. Devise tailored support and risk management plans for each individual. Ensure effective discharge planning and encourage positive change. Work on a 24-hour rolling rota, including day, evening, and waking night shifts, with alternate weekends. Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have: Experience in the mental health sector and a solid understanding of the recovery model. A solution-focused attitude and a person-centred approach. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in helping people, along with empathy, understanding, and patience. About Turning Point
