Business Development Representative
The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-established, design-led business that delivers creative solutions in the events industry. With decades of industry success, they’ve built a reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative work for a wide range of clients.
The Role
This is a front-end sales role focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for building a strong pipeline by engaging with businesses leaders, opening conversations and creating high-quality opportunities for the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and engage potential clients across target sectors
* Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
* Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
* Generate and qualify leads through discovery conversations
* Manage and track activity through CRM systems
* Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated enquiries
* Maintain consistent outreach activity to achieve targets
About You
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Resilient and comfortable handling objections and cold outreach
* Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
* Experience in sales, business development, recruitment or lead generation
* Willing to travel to events (Valid UK passport is essential)!
* Happy to work in the office 5 days a week
