Job Title: Care Team Leader
Location:Boston Spa, Leeds
Shifts: Days - 08:00 am - 08:00 pm

About the Role
The role of a Team leader is multifaceted, blending direct care with leadership and administrative duties.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Daily Supervision: Act as the team lead for a group of Care Assistants, allocating daily tasks and ensuring an even and fair distribution of the workload.
* Communication Bridge: Serve as the key link between the care team and management, relaying concerns, updates, and suggestions in both directions.
* Holistic Assessments: Conduct in-depth assessments to understand a clients physical, emotional, and social needs, involving them and their family in the process.
* Emotional Support: Provide not just physical care but also companionship, a listening ear, and emotional support to the client, often during difficult times.
* Meticulous Attention to Detail: Essential for accurate medication administration, care planning, and record-keeping.

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ideally, you will have:
* Weekly Pay - PAYE or Umbrella
* Holiday Pay (PAYE)

* Ongoing support from our Nurse Care Manager and Registered Manager
* Free clinical and theory training from experienced nurses
