About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Picker to join our team in a busy tile distribution environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of care when handling heavy and fragile products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately pick customer orders from storage locations
* Handle tiles and associated products with care to avoid damage
* Load and unload items safely, ensuring correct pallet presentation
* Follow warehouse processes, health & safety, and company procedures
* Report any stock discrepancies or damages to supervisors
* Work closely with team members to achieve daily KPIs and productivity targets
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation and the warehouse
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse or picking experience is beneficial but not essential
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer and scanning device literacy
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
* Some heavy lifting
* Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends
