About the Role
As a Freelance Digital Learning Specialist / Digital Tutors at Aspire 2Be, you will be at the forefront of transforming learning experiences through innovative digital learning solutions. You will design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge digital learning solutions that enhance the overall learning experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional digital learning experiences for our customers.
* Deliver a range of in person digital skills training programmes to customers of varying confidence/competence.
* Deliver high-quality digital skills training across multiple platforms and disciplines.
* Design and develop interactive learning content using modern digital tools and methodologies.
* Support learners in achieving technical certifications and digital competencies.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure programme quality and relevance.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into learning delivery.
* Provide guidance and mentoring to learners, ensuring positive outcomes and progression.
* Stay abreast of emerging trends in e-learning and educational technology, recommending enhancements to current practices.
Qualifications
* Occupational competence in the education/learning and development and/or skills sector.
Required Skills
* Strong digital competence and experience delivering digital skills training.
* Excellent knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and pedagogical approaches.
* Ability to engage diverse learner groups and adapt delivery to different contexts.
* Full UK Driving Licence with Business Cover Insurance (A copy of your insurance will be requested upon offer).
Preferred Skills
* Experience delivering Skills Bootcamps and programmes funded through Adult Skills Funding.
* Knowledge of technical disciplines such as:
* * Cloud computing
* Cyber security
* Software development
* AI / Machine Learning
* Data Science/Engineering
* Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status or equivalent.
* TAQA or IQA qualifications.
* Experience in curriculum development and assessment for digital programmes.
* EWC registered.
* Certifications in relevant areas e.g. Certified Trainer Status (Google/Microsoft/Apple).
