Responsibilities
* Support the food and beverage team and lead by example, ensuring standards of service remain high while maintaining back‑of‑house order.
* Set and manage rosters, oversee guest satisfaction and ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage department.
* Anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering an experience that surpasses expectations.
* Lay the table for a successful team and engage proactively with guests to secure their satisfaction.
