Job Title: Systems Manager / Business Implementer – Recruitment
Location: Southend-on-Sea (Hybrid flexibility possible)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Long and demanding – this is a leadership role, not a standard 9-to-5.

We are a high-performance recruitment company specialising in placing elite legal, finance, and data professionals across the United States – with placement fees ranging from $25,000 to $100,000. Our revenues are over $4M annually, and we aim to reach $10M+ in the next two years. We have a strong brand, proven delivery team, and quality clients. We are looking for a Number 2 to help operationalise, hire, and build our business.
Your Mission:
Lead the execution of our growth strategy, develop scalable systems, hire the right people, and ensure smooth operations. Support the Founder by handling operational tasks, allowing them to focus on sales and leadership.
Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Systems: Build and improve business processes, create visibility across performance metrics, drive efficiency through automation and SOPs, manage accounts oversight.
2. Internal Hiring & Team Building: Manage recruitment processes, develop onboarding and training systems, ensure hires support growth and culture.
3. Execution & Project Ownership: Translate strategic goals into action, lead company projects, track KPIs, and maintain momentum.
4. Right Hand to the Director: Act as a trusted operator, proactively solve problems, and support the Director.

* Ability to build systems, lead teams, and get things done.
* Process-driven yet practical, with strong communication skills.
