We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join one of our leading clients based in North Yorkshire. A family-owned, progressive organisation who have multiple sites across North and West Yorkshire, the Northeast and the Midlands.
This dual-role position involves coordinating repairs for machinery, upselling and booking in services and administration. You will maintain high standards of customer service, and drive department growth.
We are looking for a service led candidate who has experience managing documentation, processing invoices, warranties and has strong attention to detail. A strong communicator who can work with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer inquiries and workshop bookings.
Ensure timely and quality repairs - keeping customer up to date with progress
Promote additional services and maintain accurate service records
Process work orders, invoices, purchase orders, and warranty claims
Deliver excellent customer service levels at all times
Skills & Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to analyse service data and contribute to departmental improvements
Customer-focused mindset with a drive to meet company goals
Previous experience in a supervisory, coordination role (Plant hire, Agriculture or Automotive)
