What’s involved?
A successful Junior Sous Chef will work alongside an incredibly motivated team responsible for the running of each assigned section. You will need to have a minimum of a year at 2AA rosette level to be considered. You must have an abundance of passion for the food industry and natural ability for attention to detail.
