Lusona Consultancy are Partnering with a renowned Manufacturing company in Ayrshire to recruit a Finance Business Partner on an initial contract basis for 3 months. This interim contract opportunity has arisen due to group structural changes and our client need a strong finance business partner capable of providing insight and guidance across manufacturing and production operations. There is a strong possibility of extension or wider opportunities in the structure for the successful candidate. This role would suit an immediately available candidate or soon to be with strong communication and planning and analysis skills. The role will report to the Finance Director and will be a hybrid role, 4 days in office. Initially daily rate is between £240 - £270 per day depending on experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance business partner to offer a true business partnering service across end-end Manufacturing operations. This role will act as a liaison between finance and operations, sales and commercial to support manufacturing operations. From Cost breakdowns, margin analysis, manufacturing variances and profitability analysis, the finance business partner will be comfortable in liaising with other departments and bringing substance to the numbers for non-financial stakeholders.
