Knowsley Borough Council is seeking two experienced Adult Mental Health Social Workers to join the Resource & Recovery Centre at Whiston Hospital. This is a temporary role providing cover during an active recruitment period.
What you'll do:
* Deliver statutory Adult Social Care mental health social work
* Complete assessments, reviews and care planning under the Care Act
* Support hospital discharge pathways and multi-agency working
* Manage cases using Liquid Logic
* Undertake visits across the week (office/home/community mix)
What you'll need:
* Mental Health Social Worker experience (essential)
* Strong knowledge of Adult Social Care legislation
* Experience using Liquid Logic
* SWE registration
Working pattern:
* 2 days on site, 3 days from home, with visits required throughout the week.
