Duties of an Assistant Centre Manager:
9. Assist in managing the day-to-day running of the fast fit operation
10. Support the Fast Fit Branch Manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
11. Supervise and motivate a team of technicians and support staff
12. Ensure high standards of health and safety compliance
13. Maintain excellent customer service standards and build rapport with clients
14. Oversee stock management and ordering
15. Ensure operational efficiency and smooth workflow
Requirements of an Assistant Centre Manager:
16. Previous experience in a fast fit or motor trade management role
17. Strong leadership and organisational skills
18. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
19. Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
20. Good communication skills both with colleagues and customers
21. Knowledge of automotive fast fit services and processes
