Compensation: £25,000 / year
Role Details:
* Reporting to: Area Sales Manager
* Location: Mansfield, East Region
* Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
* Base Salary: £25,000 per annum
* Uncapped monthly commission (Realistic OTE £50,000)
* £250 a month car allowance

The Job:
* Engage in door-to-door sales, presenting our competitive packages directly to residents.
* Create and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects to conversion.
* Work with your line manager to showcase the benefits of YouFibre within your designated area.
* Build meaningful relationships within the local community and with key stakeholders.
The Essentials:
* Be located within a 30-minute drive of the Mansfield area.
* Hold a full clean UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
* Have the right to work in the UK.

No industry experience? No problem! Full training provided. This role suits sales representatives, retail managers, energy/utility sales professionals, charity fundraisers, and others with relevant experience. If you're outgoing and love talking to people, this is the role for you.
Safety during work:
We use a ‘lone worker’ app on company-provided iPads to ensure your safety during door-to-door activities. The app tracks your location, allows you to set visit time limits, and alerts your line manager if needed.
