Job Description:
Meraki Talent are working with a leading financial services organisation to help identify a Third-Party Governance Specialist to play a key role in strengthening the oversight of services delivered by material Third-Party Suppliers.
This role ensures that suppliers meet agreed commitments and operate within required policy standards. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, use data and insights to evaluate performance, and help drive improvements that protect customers and reduce operational risk.
Some of your duties will include:
* Acting as the key point of contact for governance and oversight matters related to third-party services.
* Ensuring suppliers meet policy and service delivery standards through effective oversight and collaboration.
* Analysing performance data and insights to identify risks, escalating issues where required.
* Working with subject matter experts and suppliers to ensure roles, responsibilities, and obligations are clearly understood and delivered.
* Supporting supplier readiness for business and operational change, minimising risk and customer impact.
* Enhancing governance frameworks and contributing to a stronger control environment.
We are looking for:
* Strong and proven relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build networks across diverse business areas.
* Solid understanding of operational delivery, risks, and commercial drivers.
* Experience working with Third-Party suppliers, ideally within financial services or another regulated industry.
* Resilience and adaptability in complex or ambiguous situations.
* Experience in operational management within a complex environment, delivering within challenging timescales.
* Strong knowledge of customer service delivery, risk management, and supplier governance.
* Background in financial services or another regulated sector (essential).
