Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure/AWS VPCs, VPN gateways, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect). Proven ability to implement and support high-availability solutions (redundant links, HSRP/VRRP, load balancing). Experience with DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network address planning. Ability to produce and maintain detailed network documentation, diagrams, and change records. Comfortable working in an ITIL-based service management environment, including incident, problem, and change management processes.
