Description We are seeking an organised, proactive and solutions focused School Business Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the operational running of our school and support our continued improvement. About the Role Due to the semi-retirement current Business Manager and as such, stepping down from the full role, we are restructuring our business support team. The existing Business Manager will remain with us for 2 days per week, predominately focusing on finance and premises. We are now recruiting a new School Business Manager for 3 days per week, who will lead all non finance aspects of school business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, enjoys variety, and thrives in a busy school environment. Key Responsibilities You will oversee and lead on: • IT and resources • Health & safety compliance • Policy management and administrative compliance • Line management of admin/support staff • Contracts, procurement and supplier liaison • General operational management Finance duties are not currently required, as these remain with the existing Business Manager but the plan is for the role to encompass this in the future once the current Business Manager retires fully.
