Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant educational qualifications at school/college
* First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete the course)
* Pool, plant, health and safety professional knowledge and experience
* Sound, practical DIY skills including repairs and decorating
* Familiarity with relevant health and safety and safe working practices
* Ability to build good relationships with young people, colleagues and staff
* Awareness of security safety procedures including key holder/lock-up procedures
* Experience of security safety procedures including key holder/lock-up procedures
* Experience in manual services and labour across a range of duties
* School or college environment experience
* Porterage of items around a large site
* Parcel collection and delivery
* Swimming pool and plant operation
* Experience of water management
* Caretaking, cleaning and site services experience
