Connexus UK are recruiting on behalf of our client, an expanding organisation in the healthcare and aesthetics sector, for a
Senior Administrator
.
This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of the clinic and academy, covering
patient communications, diary and appointment management, stock control, compliance administration, and daily operations
. The successful candidate will also provide support to the training academy, working closely with a dedicated Assistant Operations Coordinator.
You will report directly to the Clinic Manager and Director and work collaboratively with clinical, training, and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless experience for patients, delegates, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Clinic administration
: manage emails, calls, follow-ups, appointments, and staff/clinic diaries.
* Stock control
: monitor levels, place orders, liaise with suppliers, and track usage.
* Compliance administration
: maintain GDPR and RQIA documentation, support audits, and ensure inspection readiness.
* Daily operations
: oversee room set-ups, bookings, equipment checks, safety logs, and overall clinic flow.
* Academy administration
: support course scheduling, enrolments, delegate communications, and training record management.
* Partnerships & suite management
: assist in developing connections with training partners, medical professionals, and surgeons to support the organisation's training, medical, and surgical suites.
About You
* Experience in
office or clinic administration
(healthcare/regulated environment preferred).
* Highly organised, with excellent multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
; LMS/training system knowledge is an advantage.
* Familiar with
GDPR, confidentiality, and RQIA compliance
(desirable).
* Excellent communication skills, confident working with patients, staff, and external partners.
* Able to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
Hours & Benefits
* Full-time:
37.5 hours per week
(with occasional evening/Saturday work).
