* Support the prevention of unnecessary hospital admissions and re-admissions

Position Details
We are hiring a Band 5 Staff Nurse for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The service operates from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week, with flexible working hours and a dedicated evening and night team.
Please note: Applicants are required to pay for their DBS check, which will be deducted from salary (£26.40 standard or £54.40 enhanced).
