Your newpany We are currently partnering with a highly respected national law firm to recruit an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor (Grade B or C) to join their well-established Manchester or Birmingham offices. Your new role
As a Serious Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing a caseload of serious injury files with minimal supervision
2. Assisting senior team members on higher-value claims
3. Working closely with clients, medical experts, counsel, and rehabilitation specialists
4. Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to experts
5. Providing guidance and support to junior colleagues where appropriate
6. Contributing to ongoing business development and team growth
7. Ensuring the highest standards of client care throughout each stage of the litigation process
What you'll need to succeed
8. Qualified solicitor or CILEX (essential)
9. Proven background in multi-track personal injury and/or serious injury claims
10. Strong technical ability and excellent litigation skills
11. Exceptionalmunication and client‑care skills
12. The ability to work proactively as part of a collaborative team
13. A genuine passion for achieving the best possible oues for clients
