Working Hours
Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, allowing you to work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. This is a KP position, Monday to Thursday, 11am-3pm. You must be able to work all days during the week and have Black Safety shoes, which are essential.
Main responsibilities include:
* Being polite, prompt, and friendly to all colleagues and guests.
* Communicating effectively with the kitchen team and front of house colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
* Ensuring all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are professionally cleaned before and after use, and keeping all service areas clean, tidy, and safe.
* Cleaning all cooking utensils as required during preparation and service times.
* Cleaning kitchen work areas during and after use, and removing kitchen waste appropriately.
* Assisting with setting up and clearing down your area for the next service.
* Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
* Operating cleaning machinery as trained, following company policies.
* Complying with all company and unit policies regarding Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and COSHH.
* Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
* Enjoying your work, smiling, and having fun!
