Support Worker
Location: Thornbury, Bristol
Hours: 30 hours per week
Shifts : 10am - 11pm (sleep) then 7:30am - 10am.
Pay rate: £14.65 per hour
Driving Requirements: A clean full UK manual driving licence is essential, as you will be required to drive the person, we support's vehicle.
DBS Check : This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check, which will be provided by Prosperity Care & Wellbeing.

What will the Support Worker role look like for you?
You'll be supporting a friendly and outgoing gentleman in his late-20s who lives at home with his family. He requires support with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication and physiotherapy.
You'll also accompany him on outings and activities in the community. He enjoys skiing, sailing and cooking, so it's important that you're enthusiastic, energetic, and enjoy being active.
What we are looking for in the Support Worker:
