Visit our website to learn more. Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated International Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this role is to expand and strengthen our existing customer base, including distributors and end users and sectors across the EMEA region. The position focuses on identifying and developing new distributors, end users, and markets to drive growth. Report directly to the EMEA Sales Manager. Set and achieve annual territory sales budgets. Develop and maintain relationships with existing distributors. Strengthening engagement with existing direct end users. Identify and onboard new distributors. Identify and develop new and existing sector business opportunities. Prepare and deliver monthly reports on sales performance. Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product Management and Business Development departments to align strategies. Ensure effective communication across the entire sales team Extensive travel across EMEA region as required. Skills/Experience: Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering principles and ability to communicate technical solutions effectively. Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans. Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining strong partnerships with distributors and end users. Negotiation Skills: Capable of securing favorable agreements and closing deals effectively. Market Awareness: Deep understanding of regional market dynamics within EMEA. Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive communicator, both written and verbal. Analytical Ability: Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decisions. Adaptability: Comfortable working in diverse cultural and business environments. Team Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering. Goal Orientation: Focused on achieving targets and delivering measurable results. Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and find innovative solutions quickly.
