Amplius is seeking a New Build Aftercare Coordinator to support the delivery of around 1,000 new homes each year. This role involves managing defects during the liability period and working closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure a positive aftercare experience.
You will be responsible for resolving defect-related enquiries, using CRM systems to track cases, and coordinating repairs. The position is hybrid, requiring a weekly presence in our Milton Keynes, Peterborough, or Boston office.
