We are looking for an Operations and Partnerships Manager – Adult Social Care Finance to lead transformation across our Contact and Assessment Services. This role requires specialist knowledge of adult social care customer finance. You’ll lead programme and project work transforming our financial assessment and direct payments services, applying your expert knowledge of best practice in adult social care finance to ensure our services are fit for the future.

Responsibilities
1. Lead transformation across the Contact and Assessment Services focusing on adult social care finance (customer finance, financial assessment, and direct payments).
2. Apply best practice in adult social care finance to ensure services are fit for the future.
3. Work with partners and stakeholders to shape and implement digital and service changes.
4. Provide strategic direction and programme/project management oversight for related initiatives.
Qualifications and experience
* Specialist knowledge of adult social care customer finance.
* Strategic mindset with experience in programme and/or project management.
* Experience in digital transformation and culture/practice improvement.
* Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Willingness to engage with a diverse range of teams and communities.
