Main Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students, helping them manage emotions, behaviour and make academic progress. Support teachers in delivering lessons and adapt materials to meet student's needs. Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage positive behaviour and emotional stability. Track and report on student's emotional, social, and academic progress. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
