What You'll Do

You will support the Client Services Team in managing key luxury hotel client accounts, both in the UK and internationally.

Your role involves working closely with the team to drive the success and delivery of our digital marketing programmes, supporting clients with ongoing website maintenance and other services such as social media management and email marketing.


What You'll Bring

Key Responsibilities:

* Work alongside Account Managers to help manage client satisfaction and ongoing relationship success.
* Support Account Managers by inputting tasks and briefs into the scheduling system.
* Create comprehensive briefs for tasks added to the scheduling system.
* Collaborate with digital marketing, content, design, development, and project management teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to brief.
* Plan and deliver client promotional activities in coordination with the wider teams and Account Managers.
* Assist Account Managers in taking notes during client and internal meetings.
* Help keep client account data up to date across relevant systems.
* Participate in client calls and face-to-face meetings.
* Assist with minor website content updates, such as changing images.
* Develop knowledge of digital marketing and the hospitality industry.


Technical Experience

* At least 1 year of client or customer-facing experience and account management.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing; hospitality experience is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics for Beginners course).
* IT savvy, preferably experienced with Mac systems.
