We are seeking Dispensers to join our busy Dispensary team, providing professional services to clients, patients, and healthcare providers.

Main Responsibilities:
* Follow and promote relevant SOPs, company policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety.
* Label and dispense prescriptions accurately and promptly, respecting patient confidentiality and data protection protocols.
* Take accountability for work practices, seek feedback, and implement suggestions to improve performance and accuracy.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the dispensary.
* Read and comply with all communications from head office and other relevant parties to ensure necessary actions are taken.
* Perform any reasonable requests given by authorized personnel.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by providing suggestions to the appropriate persons.
* Support other departments as needed, especially during busy periods.
* Align daily tasks with the company's strategic objectives.
* Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to HealthNet's procedures and policies.
* Engage in professional development and attend mandatory training.
* Represent the company positively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Comply with HR policies and health and safety regulations.
* Work flexibly and efficiently to meet customer needs while maintaining professionalism.
Experience and Skills:
* Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential.
Qualifications:
* NVQ or equivalent in dispensing services is desirable but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
* Ability to work efficiently, respecting patient confidentiality and data protection protocols.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Computer literacy.
