We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our busy bodyshop team in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm welcome and professional service
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Book in vehicles for repair work and manage appointment scheduling
* Liaise with customers throughout the repair process, providing regular updates
* Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for bodywork repairs
* Process invoices and handle payments
* Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow
* Maintain customer records and job files
* Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions
* Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Essential Requirements
* Previous customer service experience (experience in automotive/bodyshop environment desirable but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Professional telephone manner
* Computer literate with good IT skills
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Full UK driving licence (desirable)
