What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own the P&L to hit revenue and margin targets through strategic KPI management.
* Dive deep into website performance—analyze sales trends, conversion rates, AOV, traffic, and bounce rates to identify growth opportunities.
* Use data insights to drive product positioning and elevate on-site merchandising.
* Compile and present trading reports with actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
* Work closely with paid media agencies to align budgets and drive continuous performance improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
* Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce, trading, or a similar role.
* Key Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics.
