Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Romsey. This will be an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
Manage daily administrative tasks to support office operations.
Maintain organized records and data entry processes.
Handle correspondence via phone and email with professionalism.
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Processing incoming and outgoing orders, including associated documentation (full training provided)
Liaising with freight companies and booking shipments via online portals
Reequipments for this position:
Previous administration experience.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload and manage tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is advantageous but not essential.
The Administrator role:
£13.45 per hour
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
