The Opportunity
We are seeking a HR Business Partner or HR Manager to lead and hands-on manage the people function within the organisation. This is an opportunity to help shape a culture of high performance, innovation, and trust, aligning the people strategy with the company's ambitious growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with the company’s mission and growth.
* Lead the HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and employee retention.
* Design and implement performance management and leadership development frameworks.
* Enhance the employer brand and employee value proposition across internal and external audiences.
* Oversee HR budgeting and proactively manage workforce planning.
* Build a culture of inclusivity, engagement, and operational excellence.
Ideal Experience
* A minimum of 5 years’ HR experience in fast-moving, high-tech, or engineering-led environments.
* Demonstrable experience in both strategic HR leadership and hands-on delivery.
* Expertise in performance management and talent development.
* Prior experience in an HRBP role within organisations that promote a people-centric culture is highly desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
* Resilient, commercially astute, and adaptable to change.
