Our client, an established family-run business, is looking for an experienced mechanic to assist in the servicing and repair of small to mid-sized farming/horticultural equipment.
As an Agricultural Engineer you will join a workshop team providing service, maintenance, and repair solutions to a range of tractors, mowers, sprayers, woodchippers, forestry and stone crushing machinery as well as garden machinery.
Key Responsibilities
* Service, repair, and diagnose faults on agricultural machinery.
* Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure machinery is ready for use.
* Use diagnostic tools.
* Collect and return equipment from clients.
* Maintain customer relationships.
Requirements
* Experience in agricultural/horticultural machinery repair (e.g., tractors, self-propelled mowers, chippers, and chainsaws).
* Strong mechanical background.
* Strong communication and IT skills.
* Driving licence.
