HR Advisor – Warehouse & Transport
Location: Melton (HU14 3HJ)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and team members in our Warehouse and Transport departments.
* Help manage employee relations cases such as absence, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
* Work with the Training Manager to support learning and development initiatives.
* Support performance management processes and help managers with coaching and guidance.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and that we stay compliant with employment law.
* Keep HR records up to date and assist with regular reporting and data tracking.
* Attend team meetings and offer practical HR advice when needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a generalist HR role
* A good understanding of UK employment law.
* Confident communicator with a supportive and approachable style.
* Comfortable handling employee relations cases with guidance.
* Organised, with a good eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.
* Willing to get involved and support the team wherever needed.
