My client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their Commercial Property team in their office based in Nottingham. Key Responsibilities • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from start to finish. • Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property issues and transactions. • Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation and correspondence. • Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients and achieve successful outcomes. • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. • Meet agreed billing and performance targets. Business Development and Client Relationships • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, referrers and other external contacts. • Actively contribute to the growth and profile of the commercial property department. • Deliver excellent levels of client care and service. • Maintain and promote the professional reputation of the practice.
