The Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals has an exciting opportunity to appoint a Dental Sister at Band 6 working closely with the Deputy Matron for Dental Services and Matron, the post holder will provide dental nursing leadership within the RNTNE and Eastman Hospitals to a team of dental nurses working on level 1 &2 New Patients and Paediatrics Department, this is a Fixed Term Position.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to plan and organise their own workload without supervision and support the delivery of high quality dental nursing care. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate continued personal development which is essential for the role. They will also support the Deputy Matron for Dental Services and Matron in promoting a culture of learning and improvement for all of our dental nursing staff we would like to encourage Dental nurses who have previous experience of acting up or have experience of working as a band 6.
